This year’s theme commemorates the evolution of the food, beverage and nutrition industries, as well as Synergy Flavors as a company, with applications honoring Synergy’s extensive dairy heritage through Irish parent company, Carbery, and its longstanding expertise in vanilla, coffee, tea, TRU Stories™ clean label formulation and custom flavor creation. Sample applications include vanilla caramel cold brew coffee, molasses ginger switchel, clean label marshmallows, a personalized ice cream bar, and more!
