What is Flash Brew Coffee?

Flash brew is a method of brewing iced coffee that preserves the bright, nuanced aroma of a traditional cup of coffee, which is sometimes lost during the cold brew process. More simply, coffee is brewed directly onto ice, which both cools and dilutes it, allowing the coffee to retain its flavor and strength.

Because the coffee is immediately cooled, it doesn’t get stale or develop a chalkiness that traditional iced coffee is known for, according to Bean & Bean Coffee Roasters. Flash brewed coffee is described by the roasters as delivering a crisp, clean and fresh cup of iced coffee that is bursting with flavor.
